Giulio Ezio Maria Raco

Born in Nardò (LE) on November 5th, 2002, he joined Studio Lucev in 2026 as a trainee lawyer.

He mainly specialises in economic and corporate criminal law, with a particular focus on the liability of legal entities under legislative decree 231/2001.​​​​

 

Education

• Master’s degree in Law from Bocconi University in Milan, mark 110/110 cum laude, with a thesis on criminal procedure entitled ‘Dal vincolo di legalità alla prosecutorial discretion: l’azione penale tra Italia e U.S.A. nel contrasto alla criminalità d’impresa’ (supervisor Prof. Massimo Ceresa-Gastaldo) (year 2025/2026)

• In-Company Training Abroad (New York), during which he had the opportunity to engage with the US judicial system and leading law firms and institutions operating in the United States (year 2025/2026)

• Exchange Programme at the University of California College of the Law (San Francisco), where he passed, amongst others, examinations in Corporate Crimes and in subjects covered by the US Bar Exam, including Contracts and Business Associations (year 2024/2025)
