Insurance criminal law

 

It is part of the experience gained by Riccardo Lucev having cooperated for years in the criminal law assistance of leading Italian insurance companies. The defense activity develops both through the protection of the Company as a victim of crimes (among which, above all, the insurance fraud under art. 642 of the criminal code, for which the Firm takes care of the filing of criminal complaints and subsequently joins the criminal trial as plaintiff in order to require compensation for damages) and through the judicial defense activity as a Company appointed lawyer for the defense of persons uncer criminal proceedings for facts from a Company's civil liability may stem (e.g. accidents at work or disputes in the field of medical liability).
