The Firm has gained experience in the judicial assistance, mainly in favor of institutional and corporate clients, for crimes against intellectual property committed by market competitors or former employees.

 

The protection of the victim of these crimes starts with the presentation of a complaint, often supported by an IT report that describes and certifies the violations committed, and then develops through the subsequent phases of the process defending the damaged plaintiff in the criminal proceeding.

 

In this field, the Firm can rely on the external support of expert lawyers in the IP field and of IT technical consultants. Given the increasingly digital nature of data retention methods and corporate intellectual property, this often requires protection also relating to cybercrimes and the support of dedicated technical consultants.
